With ever more technically complex machine particularities, the workshop employees at our dealers are being highly challenged. We are supporting our distributors from Weidemann with regularly occurring, practice-oriented service training in our modern, well-equipped training center.

Furthermore, your distributor has a constantly updating diagnostic tool with access to updated, published machine software, as well as good, traceable documentation with extensive service manuals.

This way, we are ensuring that you are professionally advised by our distributors on-site nationally and internationally on all machine generations, and that the work is performed in your specialist workshop to your satisfaction. Your machine’s high level of economic efficiency and good running performance over a long period of time are crucial in these aspects.

24 hr order service

  • Within the spare parts sector, speed is of the essence - as our Weidemann machines are generally in use daily, your machine needs to be repaired as quickly as possible, if necessary. Weidemann provides a central spare parts warehouse for this and provides the specialist dealers with an electronic 24 hr order service and a 24 hr service within Europe.
  • Many of our distributors also have their own well-equipped spare parts and maintenance item warehouse so that many of the common parts are already available on-site for you.
