International workshop manager conference by Weidemann. Succeed together.

On 17 to 19 October 2023, an international workshop manager conference took place for the first time at the Weidemann training centre in Korbach. Around 90 service and workshop managers from distributors in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands and the Czech Republic took part. Further development in the field of After Sales is particularly important to be able to permanently guarantee our customers/users the best possible support in the application of their Weidemann machines.

Alongside the technical innovations in products and product optimisation, different other subject matters have been considered, like for example a good network between distributor and manufacturer as well as pioneering structural changes. Julian Dröger, After Sales Manager at Weidemann expressed their satisfaction: “It was a very successful and active event. The open exchange was particularly valuable, as were the constructive workshops with a lot of application potential.”
