9580T Telescopic wheel loaders - Our heavyweight class

The tele wheel loader 9580T was designed for especially heavy material handling – such as, for example, constantly occurs at large companies and biogas plants, at silos or with a high number of big bales. Also for the area of recycling, industrial companies and municipal use, machines of this size class prove themselves best. On the tele wheel loader 9580T, our Lowering Assistant goes into action. It involves a partially automated driver assistance system, which automatically telescopes the telescopic arm in when lowering. This allows efficient loading cycles and increases safety when working with the machine. With the infinitely variable hydrostatic transmission Power Drive 370 (PD 370), high traction forces and driving speeds can be attained. This way, speeds of up to 40 km/h / 24.85 mph are possible without switching gears. This enables extremely comfortable driving.

Jog Dial Control Element

  • The Jog Dial control element enables various machine parameters and functions to be operated and read out via the display: For example, setting the loading swing arm oscillation damping, reading out the operating hours and machine information or tracking service intervals. The jog dial is positioned within easy reach of the operator's working area.
  • If necessary, the flow rate of the hydraulic oil can be manually set using the jog dial control element. This is advantageous if the machine drives a hydraulic attachment, which does not require the full hydraulic performance of the machine. The operator can work with the machine and attachment very sensitively and in a resource-conserving way.

Inch brake pedal: Engine output where it is needed.

  • 1. No pressure on the inch-brake pedal: Full power for the traction drive. 2. Lightly pressed inch-brake-pedal: Speed is reduced, more power to the work hydraulics. 3. Pressureless reverse travel

  • Certain attachments with their own hydraulic motor require a pressureless return line. The hydraulic oil flows back to the hydraulic oil tank via the oil cooler and oil filter in a well-sized separate line. This offers the advantage that the attachment can feed the return oil cooled and without increased stagnation pressure back into the hydraulic oil tank. This protects components of the machine and the attachment.
