Perfect all-round visibility and 9 m lifting height with the Weidemann T9535.
In the large telehandler class, Weidemann has offered two 7 m models with 3.5 and 4.2 t payloads to date. This series is now supplemented by a 9 m telehandler, which has a lifting height of 9.5 m and payload of 3.5 t. The focus of operational work tasks for these machines is on heavy material handling, stacking work at great heights, good reach when pushing material, and permanent activities when filling systems. The new model T9535 offers interesting features to the customer and also options for customized equipment and needs-based work.
The key features of the new Weidemann 9 m telehandler at a glance:
- Just like the 7 m models, the outstanding feature of the new telehandler is its very good all-round visibility. This is made possible by the so-called “Best View Cabin”, which has been designed with the following features: large curved windshield with a good view upwards, heated side window and sharply sloped engine bonnet for a clear view to the side and a 4-pillar cab design with panoramic rear window for a perfect view to the rear - hereby specially optimized by Weidemann: the view of the rear right wheel.
- The T9535 is available in two different powerful Perkins engine variants with 90 kW/122 hp and optional 100 kW/136 hp. The engines meet the Stage V emission standard with SCR technology, DPF and DOC. Speeds of 20 and 40 km/h are available.
- “Operator first” - this is the operating philosophy, in which all assemblies have been designed, keeping the work ergonomics, safety and comfort of the operator in mind. In this context, the sprung console with joystick and keypads, a large 7” display, an ergonomic arrangement of elements, a color-oriented self-explanatory operating system, good storage options, comfortable Coming Home lighting, and a wide entry with non-slip, well-cut steps are worth mentioning.
- Three steering modes ensure optimum machine handling: All-wheel steering, front-axle steering and crab steering are adjustable for the different work situations. The telehandler moreover has a unique steering angle of 45 degrees.
- The well-established operator assistance system vls (Vertical Lift System) patented by Weidemann, which increases stability, enables smooth functioning and supports work in a complex operator environment through a partially automated telescoping movement, is also integrated.
- The following vls modes are available to the operator: bucket mode for loading work with bulk material, stacking mode for stacking at great heights, and manual mode, without support from the system, e.g. for loading work.
- A pleasant working environment is ensured by the installation of an efficient heating and ventilation system with a fan, fresh air supply and well-placed air nozzles. Air conditioning system, also with automatic climate control, is available as an option. In addition, the cab can be supplied with fresh air through a sliding window on the side as well as the gap ventilation of the rear window.
- The reversible fan allows the operator to remove dust from the intake grille comfortably from the seat.
- Easier coupling of receptacles due to optional pressure release of the 3rd control circuit on the telescopic arm at the front and standard use of flat-face hydraulic couplings.
- Trailer operation with up to 16 t trailer load can be carried out with different trailer couplings.
- This addition to the wide telehandler series at Weidemann opens up good equipment options for many businesses to work efficiently and safely at greater heights.
